Mike Wright

A photo of Mike WrightMike worked in the insurance and investment industry from 1980 until 1993.  He left the industry and undertook an Honours degree in Sociology, achieving a First.  Since then he has worked in the Voluntary and Community Sector, with various roles broadly involved in providing a voice for disadvantaged individuals and the organisations that support them. During this period, he also achieved a Post Graduate Diploma (Merit) in Business Management. Mike took up the newly created post of Development Director with KeyRing in June 2005, fulfilling the Chief Executive’s aim to secure the services of a ‘salesperson with morals’!  Mike’s role involves securing new business for KeyRing, with local authorities being the main purchasers. With the reduction in public funding for people with low support needs, Mike is involved in developing new services, funded and operated in different and innovative ways.

Helen Bradley

A photo of Helen BradleyI have worked in Human Resources all my life since leaving university. I have worked in very different places in that time though, including power stations and food factories! My role with KeyRing now is very diverse but very interesting and keeps me busy.

I believe above all in fairness and equality, in my working life and private life and believe everyone in society has a right to be heard and to live a life they choose to live. I believe if we can support people when they are young then everyone could achieve their potential. KeyRing is a passion of mine and a great place to be. I’m also a trustee of another organisation in Leeds which supports people through Advocacy to have a voice.

I live in Yorkshire with my husband, son and two cats, try to keep fit by doing an occasional triathlon and love to cook, read and write stories.
