The Financial Freedom Project
Money problems cause many difficulties for people. It is even harder if you have a learning disability or mental health problem. Our project supports people to get better with money and will help people who wouldn’t otherwise receive support to avoid financial hardship.
The Financial Freedom Project is for people who:
- Need help with managing their money or debts
- Have a learning disability or mental health condition (even if they don’t get any other support)
- Live in Nuneaton or Bedworth
- Are 18 or over
Support will be provided through 1:1 and group sessions. We will work with around 15 people every week and each person will get six sessions of support from a financial support worker.
We will work with people to sort out any issues with money or debt that they have, and to give them skills to avoid financial crisis in the future.
