Warrington Networks

Warrington KeyRing networks currently works in partnership with MacIntyre Care to support people who have a learning disability and live in Warrington. Referrals come via the learning disability social worker teams. People who are part of the KeyRing networks are called Members. People live in the community in their own home which we can help them to apply for from Under One Roof.

As a KeyRing Member, we can support you to get your own home and can work with you to keep yourself safe. The best thing about KeyRing Membership is that support is there when you need it, and staff will enable you to develop the skills you need to live independently. We also hope that this will lead to building friendships/mutual peer support and that you feel that you are part of your community.

We find ways to support you in a way that meets your needs.  We know that needs can change from week to week so we are flexible in our support.

We can support with things like:

  • Budgeting
  • Moving home
  • Maintaining a tenancy
  • Sharing skills
  • Being part of the community
  • Getting a job or volunteer role
  • Getting into education.
  • Developing Hubs
