KeyRing's Tracy Hammond receives Catch22 Support

Tracy Hammond, KeyRing's Research and Innovation Director, has been accepted onto Catch 22's 'Incubate, Accelerate, Amplify' programme.

KeyRing's

The programme will support Tracy to develop an employment agency that will support people with learning disabilities into work with ethical employers.

Catch22, in partnership with the National Lottery Community Fund, supports social entrepreneurs to develop and test their ideas over the course of two years. The programme differs from other incubation schemes in three ways, with participants benefitting from:

  • Long term guidance from Catch22 staff
  • The experience of Catch22’s frontline delivery teams
  • The small number of ventures supported at any one time

Tracy says:

With Catch22’s support, in two years we hope to be an established and respected agency, working with a range of employers, in at least two locations to provide a growing throng of people with life-changing employment opportunities.

You can read more about the programme and the latest projects to join it on the Catch22 website.
