Community Support Worker in London (Lambeth & Southwark)
Beyond traditional adult social care, we build support around what people can do then challenge and inspire them to do even more. KeyRing recognises that life should be built around connections, friendships and doing things you love. Life should never ever be built around a support provider.
Our support and career options are flexible. We'd love to talk about how your career at KeyRing fits around what is important to you.
Our vision is for a welcoming world that celebrates the skills and talents of everybody. We are more interested in your values than your experience. Our recruitment process is designed to find people that will love what they do. Some of these people have worked in social care for many years but others come from a variety of unrelated backgrounds. They all share a passion that everyone has skills and talents that should be celebrated and shared.
We want you to feel at home, be yourself and share your unique skills and talents. We seek a diverse and inclusive community that mirrors the diversity of the people we support and the areas we work in.
To support this we are an equal opportunities employer and are disability confident committed.
You’ll get support both personally and professionally and we offer a range of benefits including:
Holiday
You’ll get a generous 30 days plus bank holidays every year (pro rata for part time team members).
Flexible working
You can access flexible working options so that you can leave the life you want to lead.
Health and wellness

Closing Date: 14th January 2026

We currently have a Community Support Worker role available in London, working across two areas: Southwark and Lambeth. This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week over two days. Ideally, one of the days should be Thursday, but we can be flexible.
We are part of diverse and inclusive local communities and represent them in our work.
What you’ll do:
You’ll work with local people to build their skills, local connections and friendships. You’ll make sure that the people you work with (Members) are doing as much as they can for themselves, that they are looking after themselves and that they have a life that is bigger than social care support.
You’ll feel inspired and help inspire people. You’ll encourage them to try new things and have new experiences. You’ll reassure but you won’t take over. Every Member you support is unique, and every day will be different.
Your role will be out and about. You’ll meet people in their homes or at local venues.
What you won’t be expected to do:
We support people with a lot of different things to do with leading an ordinary life, but we don’t do things like bathing people or taking them to the toilet. This is sometimes called personal care. If people need personal care, we will work with other local support providers to make sure they get what they need.
